Being blessed and sharing those blessings.
Hi all, my name is Dr.Ethel kabilan. I belong to beautiful state of Nagaland. I am an horticulturist and development professional. We are five at home. Im happily married and have a small family. Through this blog, I want to educate and create awareness amongst all those who want to enjoy life in a structured and fun way out of my personal experience in journalling and time management.
I have started this blog to share my experiences and experiments with self on routine, calmness and it’s benefits in our daily lives. I hope that this blog would be beneficial for all those who want to live life to the fullest for whatever time we have on this beautiful planet.
Moving on, I was thinking of one important area out of my personal and professional experience which could be of help to others. And I decided on the idea of merging the act of journaling and calmness. This gave the idea of calmroutine.com.
I have been journalling now for almost twenty years. I started journalling right from my university days. As they say, old habits die hard, this habit of journalling has been with me for long. I find it to be very useful all these years as I can always prioritize, and get the things done and keep friends, family and all around me happy.
Apart from having a set routine through journalling, I feel that over the years having a set routine both on the professional, home and individual front has given benefits like making me more a balanced and rounded person. My near and dear ones may paint a different picture!!! As with most of us !!!!
Over the years, I have seen many ups and downs on all fronts. But having a set routine had helped me to tide at least most of the issues I had faced during those tumultous times. It’s very important for all of us to enjoy life in whatever capacity one is right now in, be it a home maker, student, employee, business, government, or any realm of life. We need to add value to the process in whatever we do. This concept of adding value I would explain in the subsequent posts.
I want you to share your views and comments to make this more an interactive platform for sharing and learning. There is so much to learn from each other’s experience and mutually benefit our ecosystems in which we operate. I welcome you all in this journey of self discovery and fun.
Till then, stay calm, stay humble.
